You know that scene where they're all twisted up in the kelp? It's just- always seemed to me that neither one put any real effort into getting out of that mess.
XR has that little spinning blade attachment that he doesn't even pull out until the very end of the scene- but he can get through the kelp. He even sticks one of his arms through. Now I could easily understand why XR wouldn't be putting much effort into getting out of a situation that had him all mashed up against Mira. But she even makes a comment I found interesting; XR asks why she can't just ghost through the kelp and she says she can't ghost through the kelp without ghosting out of her suit. Why, though? She does it all the time without ghosting through her ranger suit. Granted, that underwater suit is bigger and clunkier, but she's ghosted bigger things than it - she's ghosted Booster and Buzz, and at the same time, too.
I dunno, I'm really just trying to generate new discussion. X3

"Mira and myself were ... detained."
"Detained is good." lol.
Yeah, good point BG, she could've very easily ghosted out. Maybe she just didn't feel like it. lol.

Could also be that she was afraid she would get too dizzy if she ghosted that big, heavy suit though.
Although I like my first reason better. XD

Hmm, that is true - I guess it's one thing if she wears herself out on land, another if she uses all her energy while she's at the bottom of the ocean.
And oh yes, I agree. XD

Just how much can Mira actually ghost? I think it basically might only have to do with the mass of the object - and that suit did look really bulky.
What if she did run out of energy? Then XR would have to pull her to the surface. ;D

Heroic XR is so fun to watch. ;D
Which is why I like episodes like NOS 4 A2, Lost in Time, and Enemy Without a Face.

Oh, I absolutely loved the punch! XR totally PWNED XL.
And it was nice to see that XR wasn't the victim at the end - for once.

I've always wanted to see him do that with NOS. >8)
Lol, if XR really did have to save Mira I bet he'd be a lot less smooth about it than he'd like to think. X3

Oh totally. I see him bumbling around and possibly looking like an idiot instead of a hero. XD
Like if Mira was kidnapped, I could see XR going on a solo mission to save her - but having it backfire when he himself gets captured - or worse, blown to bits. =(

Oh, yeah - I could easily see him panicking. XD Although, there's something kind of endearing about that too...

VERRRRY ENDEARING. And don't forget, even when he was with 42 with a certain female robot whose name is forever taboo in the BloSC fandom, he still tried to do everything to keep her from harm. He risked his job for Pete's sake! So imagine what he would do for Mira, who is obviously much closer to him than she would ever be.
